This website is operated by Intermediate Limited, whose registered office is at Unit 1804, 18/F, 88 WL Building, 88 Wing Lok Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. In this notice, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that entity.
We are the data user responsible for the personal data described below, for the purposes of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.
Information we collect
This website does not collect personal information. There is no enquiry form, no account to create and no mailing list to join.
If you contact us by email, we hold the information you choose to send us — typically your name, your email address, and whatever you tell us about your enquiry.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, which can include IP addresses and browser information, for security and diagnostic purposes.
Why we collect it
We use the information you send us solely to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about it. We do not use it for marketing, we do not build profiles from it, and we do not sell it.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising technology, and no tracking of any kind. Nothing is written to your browser’s local or session storage.
Because no cookies are set, there is nothing for you to consent to or opt out of, and no cookie banner is shown.
Third-party services
This website makes no requests to third-party servers. Fonts, images, stylesheets and scripts are all served from this domain, so simply visiting the site does not disclose your IP address or browsing activity to any other organisation.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence only for as long as it is needed to deal with your enquiry and any matter arising from it. Personal data is not kept for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes. Email correspondence is held in our business email system.
We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonably practicable steps to protect personal data against unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use. This site is served over an encrypted connection.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you have the right to:
- ask whether we hold personal data about you;
- request a copy of that data;
- request that we correct any data that is inaccurate;
- ask us to stop using your data for a particular purpose.
We may charge a reasonable fee for complying with a data access request, as permitted by the Ordinance.
