Gerald Winnington-Ingram
Gerald Winnington-Ingram is an accomplished entrepreneur and experienced TMT professional with over 30 years in the industry. A British national and former barrister, he has served as CEO and senior executive in both private and public companies.
After relocating to Asia in 1996, he became CEO of a listed Hong Kong TMT company, managing a USD100 million investment portfolio, and later served as IBM Global Services’ Greater China Digital Media Lead Principal. His expertise includes strategic planning, business development, and corporate and business affairs.
Anthony
Anthony is a Singaporean media executive with more than 30 years’ experience across broadcast television and digital media in Europe and Asia. He has held senior leadership roles including Director of Global Operations at TVibe Corporation, and has worked on programming, production, digital media solutions, branded content, and broadcasting systems.
His career began as an independent producer and director for Channel Four Television, before moving into senior management roles in the UK, Hong Kong, China, and Singapore. He is widely recognised for his expertise in media operations, content strategy, and digital transformation.

Matthias Gelber
Matthias Gelber, The Greenman, is an international ESG and Sustainability speaker and expert who supports various organisations with their ESG and NetZero journey. In 2022 he completed a two-and-a-half-year assignment as ESG advisor at the Philippines Stock Exchange. He was voted Greenest Person on the Planet in 2008 and has given talks in 42 countries internationally and five times at TEDx events.
Matthias holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science with Management & Legislation from Brunel University, UK (1994), and now lives a happy family life in the Philippines.
He is a regular trainer for various industries, has co-founded Maleki GmbH Germany and designed the Certified ESG Innovator training program.
Matthias was given the ESG & Sustainability Innovator of the year 2024 and is currently the CSO of Enrotech Sdn Bhd and Net Zero Ambassador of Project Solutions Asia.
Adrian Brian Borgeest
Adrian Brian Borgeest is an Australian and British business development and special projects professional with broad international experience across financial services, corporate training and operations, real estate, and innovative technologies. He began his career as a marine claims broker trainee at Lloyd’s of London and has since built a career across Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and other global centres.
His background includes business development, major account management, sales leadership, coaching, and company directorship, with particular strength in connecting people, markets, and opportunities across cultures. He is known for his high cultural EQ, commercial adaptability, and ability to deliver practical outcomes in complex environments.
Joseph Fridner
Recently launched BitAngels Investor Network Hong Kong, connecting family offices, VCs, and founders across blockchain, AI and Robotics.
Previous experience taking early-stage startups to market: tokenised carbon credits platform at Carbonbase, Layer-1 blockchain Internet Computer Protocol Hong Kong market expansion, and spearheaded stablecoin ecosystem development at Web3 Harbour.
Ray Murray
Ray is a thought-leader and visionary. He has worked for over thirty years as an Educator, Facilitator and Ethical Business Consultant mainly in a freelance capacity with large organisations.
Ray’s focus is on facilitating large scale and sustainable community metamorphosis by bringing to the table authentic solutions that can significantly improve the vitality, vibrancy and sustainability of the economy, the community and the wider environment.
He is currently based in Sweden and the UK, he provides support and guidance on business development to The Colorado Center and others.
Ray is one of the Core Team Members of Flowing River Solutions (FRS), which is a new globally responsible enterprise in process of being established by Kathleen Smith and others, with a view to FRS being formally launched as a new Public Benefit Corporation that will work truly for the good of all.
